The popular fruit smoothie from Chroust is a beer that has a very pleasant density, sweetness and optimal acidity thanks to the addition of lactose. In this version, they put raspberries, sour cherries and black currants into the beer. Raspberries and sour cherries added a beautiful aroma, while black currants added body and light fruity acidity.
About the brewery:
Chroust is a new stylish nomadic brewery, behind which are Karolína and Jirka Chroust. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and produce beer specials with unconventional flavors. At the Salon beer festival in Holešovice, for example, they offered rye IPU with passion fruit infusion. Karolína is a brewer by profession in another microbrewery and she definitely enjoys and tastes beer. We will follow them and will be happy to offer their beers at the Beershop. Watch them with us and taste them.
