This is a pleasantly bitter, less malty and easy-to-drink beer in the APA style, brewed by the Chroust family. Only Citra and Mosaic hops went into the beer (except for a small dose of Magnum hops for bitterness), while approx. 6g/l of these hops. So we don't need to emphasize that the beer has a noticeable aroma of tropical fruit.
About the brewery:
Chroust is a stylish nomadic brewery run by Karolína and Jirka Chroust. They have been brewing beer without filtration and pasteurization in Czech craft breweries since 2016. Right from the start, they set the bar very high and produce beer specialties with unconventional flavors. Currently, they have their own tanks located in the Clock Brewery, where they produce their ales and lagers. He brews beer originally, in the highest quality and above all without compromises. Whether they're venturing into popular New England IPAs or classic lagers, they want the beer to be harmonious, tasty and fun for you.
