Another seriously sour Sour from Nozib is here. Sweet wild blueberries are complemented by lemon puree and biscuit malt. In the combination of sour lemon with Philly Sour yeast, a distinctive sour base was created, which is layered in all directions of taste - from sour, sweet to slightly salty and bitter. As always, they added only 100% fruit puree.

About the brewery:
Nozib started as a craft project of the brewery Bizonz Čižic near Plzeň, which was managed by the brewery owner's son Michal Beneš since 2017. Now, however, he has already built a solid position on the Czech beer scene. The philosophy of the project is to create uncompromisingly honest beers regardless of the input prices of raw materials. They follow the current trends in the world brewing industry, which are not yet completely common in the Czech Republic. You can meet Nozib at many beer festivals in the Czech Republic. He brews new beers all the time, which he conceptually divides into series. Nozib beer series include Headliners, NEIPA Adventures, SOUR Fruit Show and collaborations.
