In this recipe in the Danish brewery, they took the best of all previous batches. They methodically went about building the recipe with some base notes from Sabro and Columbus hops, some middle notes from Idaho 7 and HBC-630, and top notes from Talus and Cascade. About the brewery:
To Øl is a young Danish brewery founded in 2010. They brew a wide range of strong, provocative, fresh and floral beers. Their beers are often heavily hopped, but balanced and complex. To Øl's beers are among the best in the world, and the brewery appeared in the top 100 best breweries in the world list back in 2012, ranking 9th in 2014.
